In such an event, you will have the option to keep your pending booking at the correct price or cancel your reservation without penalty. The relationship between Nordstern Real Estate LLC and you will be that of independent contractors. Neither party, nor any of their respective officers, agents, or employees, will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees, or agents of the other.

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable according to applicable law, including warranty disclaimers and liability limitations, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. The remainder of these Terms will continue to be in effect. You may not assign, convey, subcontract, or delegate your rights, duties, or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Nordstern Real Estate LLC.
